Australian DJ Geoff Morris celebrated the 200th broadcast of his twice weekly show, Wall To Wall Bluegrass this Friday. Geoff requested a copy of One Day Ain’t Enough when we promoted it to Folk and Bluegrass radio in 2007, and started playing it on the air as soon as he got it. Since then, we’ve sent him copies of Jewel Of My Heart and All For Love’s Sake as well, and he has graciously added cuts from each to his broadcasts from time to time. We are pleased and honored that he played one of Ruth's songs, I Don't Remember A Waltz, on this his 200th show.We were fortunate to meet Geoff in person in 2007 when he traveled to the states for the annual International Bluegrass Music Association World Of Bluegrass Conference. He took the time to attend our showcase concert, interviewed us for his radio show, and had Ruth record a “station ID” on the spot for later use. It was a great experience for us to get to spend time with him then and get to know him a bit better.
